WHAT IT MEANS FOR CHELSEA

For a move to happen, two things need to fall our way. First, Arsenal need a change of heart — realistically only if Zubimendi's minutes keep shrinking and he pushes for the exit himself. Second, we'd need to stomach a fee near €90m for a deep midfielder in a department that already houses Caicedo and Enzo Fernández. Add the London-rival tax — Arsenal will not want to arm us — and the path narrows quickly.
